An afternoon of short provocations and hosted table discussions on what AI is actually doing to marketing, for about 30 marketing leaders.
Held the day before Web Summit opens, this afternoon session gathers around 25 to 30 marketing leaders for a candid discussion about AI's effect on their work. The premise: AI is making marketing simpler, noisier and harder to govern at the same time, and the session covers all three.
Schedule: 13:00 arrival and coffee; 13:20 three short provocations of five minutes each, one honest thesis and no pitches; 13:45 table conversations in small groups, each hosted by a speaker; 15:00 tables share their takeaways; 15:20 drinks and networking.
Every table works through the same questions: how AI simplifies the job; how to stand out when everyone uses AI, and whether quality can beat speed and scale; and who sets the rules once agents start talking to agents faster than any policy can keep up. Participants also discuss what AI actually changed in their team over the past 12 months, where it failed, and what they would delegate tomorrow if they could trust it.
Aimed at heads of marketing, growth, brand and content at brands, startups and agencies, whether Lisbon-based or in town for Web Summit. Places are limited, so registration is by application. Speakers from Lisbon brands and agencies plus policy makers are to be announced.
