Beginner Bachata at PTW Palace: Wind Down, Move & Connect

Hosted by Portugal Tech Week with JCI Portugal

Beginner-friendly bachata class at PTW Palace to wind down after a day of Portugal Tech Week panels and pitches.

After a full day of panels, pitches and back-to-back coffees, your head is probably still buzzing. With ideas. With names. With the follow-ups you promised to send. Leave them at the door for an hour. Join us for a beginner-friendly bachata class at PTW Palace, in association with JCI Portugal. It’s a fun, laid-back way to wind down after a busy day at Portugal Tech Week: to move your body, connect to the music, and meet new people in a way that has nothing to do with a pitch deck. What we’ll do

  • Learn the basic steps of bachata
  • Get the fundamentals of leading and following
  • Put it together into dance combos you can try on the dance floor right away No dance experience needed. Bring your co-founder, business partner, colleagues or friends. Learning something new together is one of the best ways to bring a team closer. Coming alone is just as welcome. Your teachers

Miguel and Nora are a Venezuelan-Hungarian dance couple with more than a decade of combined dance experience across styles. Their classes are focused on connection and playfulness, combining Hungarian precision with the fun Latin vibes. By registering, you agree to PTW’s Terms & Conditions for Visitors. Come as you are, a little tired and a little curious. We will take care of the rest. We have a capacity of 50 people—sign up today or regret later!
